Q: Why do we need a 3rd party auditing service?

A: Communications and Utility bills are often confusing, disorganized and fraught with errors and overcharges. Our seasoned analysts have the breadth of experience and skills needed to analyze your bills meticulously to maximize the outcome for our clients. Our analysts are paid based upon the amount of money they recover, giving them added incentive to find errors and follow through to ensure that carriers issue refunds. Your provider sales rep has no financial incentive to reduce your bills since they get paid commission on the size of your account. PCR gets paid based on the amount of money we recover and/or save you.

 

Q: How much bandwidth is required?

A: PCR has simplified the process to minimize the effort required by our clients. We know how much our clients have going on but let’s face it we are all too busy until we hear about something that really benefits us. Our typical client initial investment is about one to two hours with a potential upside that significantly exceeds this. We do all the work while our clients remain in control of all decision points. Our goal is to save and recover substantial dollars for our clients, while simplifying their life and allowing them to focus on their core business.

Q: How are your fees structured?

A: If we don't get results, you owe us nothing and you have no obligation to PCR. We only get paid when you realize measurable results. A true "win-win" scenario.

Q: Are you incented to get us to switch vendors?

A: PCR is carrier agnostic - we have our client's best interest in mind. Our clients have peace of mind, knowing that any suggestions we provide are for their benefit. PCR's first effort is always to maximize results with the incumbent. Our clients are in the driver's seat and select which of our recommendations they would like to implement.
